WHAT defense set can you get the most blitz in?

I was wondering in which defense set can you get the most blitz in. There are a lot of people who say the 3-4 have a lot of serious blitz in. Also i hear a lot of the nickel 3-3-5 have some mean blitz in. Dont forget about the 1-5-5 straight or prowl and last but not least the dime 3-2-6. I need help in finding a defense set that can help out against the run but bring heat against the pass. I dont care what defense set it is just as long as i  be able to get in the backfield and cause havoc. If there is someone in the forum who really knows how to play defense then can you help me out with this here problem. And point me in the right direction i look forward to hearing from you soon. im out alc

I like the 3/4 D. I use the Cowboys Defensive play book. I have been working with the 3/4 for over three years. I used to feel that you could not stop the run well....But after realizing that you must blitz often to stop the run and The 3/4 solid has a better front for 2 back s and double Te's sets. Also it helps if you have a strong NT. if he's not strong, he needs to be fast. Also you also can trick an offense by zone blitzing as well.
