A little defensive setup I love to use against opponents who typically use running formations & 2-3 WR sets.  Utilizing defensive sets with 8 men in the box (packed up tight on the line of scrimmage) are typically considered for stopping the run, but they can be very effective in setting up the opponent for a timely INT.

Call consecutive defensive formations that pack the line, sending the outside LBs/CBs on a blitz the first few times.  You have to create pressure on the QB whenever you line up this formation so the opponent knows that he needs to get rid of the ball quickly.  Then once you have him expecting the blitz out of that formation, call a drop zone play that drops practically everyone on defense back into a zone coverage.  So many times the opponent will be so used to getting rid of the ball quickly when they see you line up this formation that they will just unload the ball to the hot receiver.  With the defense dropping back into coverage you're often in position to get a jump on the ball.  If they don't unload the ball quickly, the coverage will still likely confuse them and throw off their timing which can lead to an INT or sack.

Give it a try, you'll be surprised how quickly a person will associate a specific formation with a timing of when to get rid of the ball.  Changing it up at just the right time can throw off that timing and change the momentum in your favor.

Seems a little risky you would need to be against the right opponent and using the right defense.  Shutdown corners and fast safeties.  Make sure you have an audible ready if they send 4 or 5 receivers.

the key to my mans suggestion is gettin pressure on that QB. once a person sees the set brings the heat they snap the ball lookin for a quick throw immediately. i would sugest using the LB on the out sides and pushing ur quick DE s into the flats  cut of the HB swing pass and makes the tackle pick up a faster but yet smaler defender therefore you should be the blitzing LB. 46 normal LB contain is an example  try it and use the tight coverage audible then back out at the last second.    pressure busts a pipe
