what do i do when the opponent always picks cover 2 or cover 3

Try your fastest WR deep down the sideline vs cover 3 b/c only one Safety will drop back deep and he'll play the middle of the field.  Cover 2 drops both Safeties back deep, but is more vulnerable to corner routes underneath the Safety.  Just make sure you're first glance after snapping the ball is to see what the Safeties are doing.

But try some Playaction too.  This'll help get the D out of position when you're trying to pass.

O.K., your gonna have to do a little bit of audabling. Have the receiver right next to the sideline go out on a streak. Next, have a tight end on the same side and send him on a slant route towards the sideline with the receiver on a streak. The tight end will always be open NO MATTER WHAT!!!!!!! There is your strategy on beating the zone coverage.
